Ron MacRae, well known Collingwood artist will present the fascinating life story of Ernie Taylor and provide an insight into the enduring spirit that drove this man to devote his life and energy to his art.

April 6
"From the Bridge; Captain on the Great Lakes"
Captain Bruce Sheppard now retired and living in Meaford will describe his life and adventures as a sailor on board the ships of the Great Lakes.

"The Huron Ouendat Village and its People"
Jamie Hunter, Director/Curator of the village will describe the recent devastating fire that the village suffered and the efforts to restore it, and will tell the story of the Huron Ouendat people whose life the village depicts.

November 1
"Sea Cadets on Georgian Bay"
Bonnie Roarke, author and historian will present this interesting segment of our navel history based on material in her recent book "Sea Cadets on Georgian Bay."

January 10, 2011
"Gone But Not Forgotten: Collingwood Industries at the End of the 20th Century
Eileen Crysler, photographer and Marie Cruickshank, author, both of whom are well known local historians, will provide an interesting and informative look at this period of industrial growth and development in Collingwood's history.
