2½ storey, eclectic, Post Modern building clad in painted, wood-grained fibre-board (c. 1990). Asymmetrical at ground floor and symmetrical at upper levels, this pastiche building evokes a fire station, library or town hall.

Ground Floor - At lower RH side, four posts support an integrated beam of signage, while between are pairs of casement windows, each with two-pane transom above. At LH side, two six-panel, steel doors are incongruous with neo-Victorian style elsewhere. Above these is a very plain, applied, aluminum gable.

Second Floor – Paired casements below gablets set both sides of tall, pointed-arch, multiple-pane window extending into wall-head dormer above.

Roof – Steeply pitched, hip roof, clad in dark grey shingles, ends with tiny gablet at line of edge of pop-up dormer to south.
