2½ storey, eclectic/Queen Anne Revival, (painted) red brick house with projecting, two-storey, gabled, bay window (c. 1900).

Description – Old, cast iron fence in front has attractive gate, as well as newel posts of two different styles. Original front door is concealed in one-storey, flat-roofed, wood-frame addition at LH side. Recessed wall plane of second floor (above addition) contains original window in segmental-arch opening. Gable beyond faces east, and also contains 1/1 window looking north. Soffits have beaded boards, which are supported at external corners on exotic, lobed and punctured brackets. RH side of façade contains two-storey, square bay window built off chamfered brick plinth. At ground floor, bay contains large, single-pane sash under segmental-arch transom window (both behind metal storms), with elongated wooden brackets at corners supporting small, shingled roof above. At second floor, bay steps back and inwards, now housing two, sash-and-case windows with Edwardian, multiple-pane, upper sashes in segmental arch opening (behind metal storms). Three, equally spaced brackets above support a profiled fascia raised above eaves level. At attic, bay ends with wood-frame gable clad in painted, chamfered-butt shingles framing elegant lunette window with fan-light muntins and central pane of deep blue glass. At apex, small coffered panels frame planted ‘x’s and discs. Eaves rest on elonogated brackets similar to those at soffit below. Central roof has gablet at peak, decorated as upper front gable, and roofs have dark-grey, asphalt shingles throughout
