Three-storey, five-bay, gabled, red-brick building in ABCBA rhythm, with smooth, pre-cast concrete trim, and unpainted, extruded-aluminum-framed doors and windows (2002).

Ground Floor – Ground floor has tall shop-windows at outer (C) bays, paired entry doors and windows at adjacent (B) bays - with signage band above transom windows - and arched opening at central (A) bay only. Arched central bay has pre-cast keystone above recessed doors to mall within, while other apertures have coursed brick over concealed steel angles. Pilasters contain blocks of pre-cast material at ground, mid-level and ceiling height.

Second Floor – All bays have round-headed apertures, smaller at A and C bays, with sills, transoms and keystones in pre-cast. Windows are paired at narrower bays, triple at large bays, all with lower, operation awning sashes, all under aluminum-framed transom windows. Pilasters contain additional blocks of pre-cast in pilasters at ceiling height.

Third Floor – Masonry and windows at B bays are as at floor below, while A bays have smaller, blind, round-headed apertures containing inscribed, pre-cast panels. Central bay contains lower, square, pre-cast panel, also inscribed, while upper, segmental-headed panel proclaims THE TEMPLE, and has inscription giving dates of buildings on this site.

Parapet – Parapet rises from outer pilaster at B bays to peak at centre of building, and is capped thorough with ashlar, pre-cast band below projecting coping. Pilasters are capped with taller pre-cast blocks which rise above line of adjacent copings and are soon to sport pre-cast, concrete balls above
