One-bay, two-storey brick remnant tucked between adjacent taller buildings (c.1900).

Ground Floor – Stokes ‘second generation’ shop-front, including glazing elements and wooden cornice, remains, but is hidden by unfortunate, plastic canopy. Lower shop-front has metal-framed windows over original, fixed sashes (both at front and at recess to entry). Entry has period, half-glazed and panelled door, with typical, mid-height, dentilled entablature.

Second Floor – Contains one, large, segmental-arch aperture, without decorative elements, housing a pair of sash-and-case windows behind metal storms. Windows are set either side of full-height, wooded mullion, with pair of fixed, upper sashes above wooden transom. Small metal shutters are recent and incongruous.

Cornice and Parapet – Identical to those to north, at Block 45, only higher, suggesting this fragment belonged to different structure. Absence of north buttress and abrupt termination of cornice elements indicate building to north superseded missing part of this structure. A deep, metal flashing caps parapet.
