2½ storey, red-brick house, with front verandah, upper bay window and full gable (c. 1900).

Ground Floor – Attractive, full-width verandah with triple, turned, wooden corner columns, and single central column, all built off wood-shingled piers, and with delicate pickets to profiled handrail between piers. At LH side, entry is via half-glazed, panelled door with transom window above having textured glass. To right, broad, single-sash window has textured-glass transom window above, all within segmental-arch brick aperture.

Second Floor – Replacement 1/1 windows are fitted into original window cases throughout, and there is extensive aluminum cladding to the bay window, as well as at RH window sill.

Gable – Gable soffits and fascia are aluminum-clad, while wall surface and small pitch below retain painted shingles. Two small, square, casement windows to attic remain, with shingles between having scalloped butts.

Roof – Main soffits are also aluminum-clad, while roof has dark-grey asphalt shingles. A modest, rebuilt chimney at north side has corbelled upper courses.
