205 Ste. Marie Street Two-storey, wood-frame, hip-roofed saltbox house with white vinyl siding throughout, and with recent 9/9 windows (c. 1880). Description Judging by its vertical aspect, tall windows and ground floor set close to grade, this is another old house re-clad in modern materials, and with replacement front windows and door. Enclosed front porch is similar in proportion and finish to house itself, having metal storm door and paired 2/1, wood windows at both sides. Front door within is half-glazed, multiple-pane, pressed-metal door. Two 9/9 windows at both ground and upper floors are without sills, but have broad, blue aluminum casings at all sides, possibly concealing old wooden casing. Soffit panels are aluminum, as are gutters, and front pitch of hip roof is clad in tired, green, asphalt shingles.
