Old, one-storey, symmetrical, pitched-roof, frame house with some original features, and having recent, or much-altered, verandah (c. 1890).

Description – This little house is another of Collingwood’s sleeping beauties, now well-concealed within aluminum siding, and behind a verandah with paving stones on concrete slab-on-grade. Symmetrical front elevation retains original elements of 2/2 windows either side of replacement, slab-type door, and with transom window remaining above (all behind aluminum storms). Casings and sills are not visible, and metal shutters recent addition.
