Two-storey, three-bay, pitched-roofed, aluminum-clad house with later front porch (c. 1880).

Description – Modest house shows little signs of age or of distinction, but appearance belies reality. Building is now clad entirely in horizontal, aluminum siding, and with contemporary shutters at windows. 1/1 windows exist throughout (behind metal-framed storms), with central windows being paired at ground and second floors. Porch to RH side is later addition, now with modern, metal-framed windows. Entry within retains original pair of half-glazed doors with lower, bevelled panels. Soffits and fascias are aluminum-clad, roof has dark-brown asphalt shingles, and a collapsing chimney remains at south wall.
