38 Pine Street

Asymmetrical, 2½ storey, buff-brick house, with projecting front vestibule, and with south side gable having ground floor bay window (c. 1910). Ornamental brickwork consists of peripheral stringcourse having central, dog-toothed band, at both ground and second floors. Upper course of stringcourse rises to form hood-moulding over windows at both levels. Building is much altered, and witnesses remain of former south verandah.
