2 ½ storey (painted) brick house of Queen Anne/eclectic style (c. 1910). Decorative masonry consists of single, ground and second floor stringcourses, forming hood-mouldings above windows and doors.

Ground Floor – One-storey, brick vestibule projects at RH side. Pressed-metal, half-glazed multi-pane front door is in reworked and diminished aperture (with steel lintel), and between incongruous modern shutters. LH side contains segmental-arch window with stained-glass transom window over original lower sash (behind awkward, three-pane storm window).

Second Floor – Above vestibule is block-house-like addition, clad in vertical boards and with 1/1 windows (behind metal storms). To left, under deep stone lintel, original fenestration is replaced with wide, single, fixed-pane over bottom sliders. Soffits are faced in plywood and roof is clad in black, asphalt shingles. Chimney at south wall has reworked upper courses.

South Elevation – Wood-frame stair with exotic modern fenestration to south, and upper and lower vestibules, clutter and obscure original south elevation - a wedding cake of bays and windows, stepping back from ground to second floor, and topped with gabled attic dormer.
