Two storey, painted brick, three bays wide with recent shop-front (c. 1890).

Ground Floor – Two wood-framed, arched windows to left of pair of recessed, glazed, wooden doors. Applied stone panels and wood trim (after 1981). Large sign may conceal upper shop-front windows.

Second Floor – Three original, unusual, double-hung windows with divided-light sashes. Window heads of facetted arches, with soldier-course voussoirs built off brick belt-course.

Parapet – Three courses of toothed and corbelled brick below deep metal flashing. Parapet capped with long, jointed, glazed terra-cotta tiles.
