66 Pine Street

Symmetrical, three-bay, two-storey, clapboard house with full-width verandah (contemporary, c.1870 replica)

Ground Floor – Hip-roofed verandah supported on four, irregularly spaced, tapering, square-section, built-up posts with modest base and crown mouldings. Facetted areas on lower posts suggest (but do not actually indicate) former presence of balustrade. Half-glazed, steel, front door with single-pane side-lights is centred in the façade between 1/1 wood windows with plain casings and thin sills with modest trim beneath.

Upper Floor - Windows as at ground floor, with same casings and sills. At soffits, carefully placed scroll-type brackets drop to below adjacent window-head height.
