Symmetrical, 1½ storey, pitched-roofed house clad in textured, aluminum siding, with full-width, decorated, hip-roofed verandah (c. 1880).

Description - Hipped-roof verandah is supported on turned posts with square-section bases, and without railing. Posts are crowned with tall brackets to narrow eaves, and widely spaced spindles decorate area below beams, with lower frame supported on traditional braces. Pediment over narrower, central verandah bay is unornamented, including at fascias. Front, slab-type door with upper windows is behind period, half-glazed and panelled screen door. Windows are 2/2 (behind aluminum storms) with modest sills, and with plain casings. Wall cladding is textured aluminum siding. Soffits are also aluminum-clad, whereas plain fascias are of wood. Roof is clad in black asphalt shingles, and there are no gutters.
