2 ½ storey, red-brick, house with unusual front window and modest central gable (c. 1910).

Ground Floor – Porch and entrance door at RH side are modern, with half-glazed door of pressed metal in diminished masonry aperture (without transom window) and flanked by modern, wood-grained, metal shutters. Central wall has small, central, lunette window with original patterned glass. Front window has single-pane lower sash under fine, dentilled transom and large, elliptical-arched, transom window, also with original, patterned glass. Window is flanked by similar, incongruous, metal shutters, and nature of masonry above is hidden by large wooden sign advertising business within.

Second Floor – Second floor has two narrow, original, 2/2 windows (behind metal storms), with shutters as described. Segmental brick arched above are largely hidden within soffit. Gable and Roof – Gable contains central, 1/1, round-headed window and is clad in vertical metal siding. Eaves and fascias of gable are also aluminum-clad, as are soffits to main roof. There are no eavestroughs, and roof is clad in black asphalt shingles. A single-stack chimney, built in modern brick, is at north side
