One-storey, hip-roofed house, with aluminum cladding, and with bay window added to LH side (c. 1940).

Description – Small, one-storey building has textured, concrete-block foundation with aluminum siding above, over unknown older finish. Concrete stair with granite facing leads to modern, half-glazed door (behind modern, glazed screen door), with small, plastic canopy over. Window to LH side is modern, 1/1 in simple frame. Bay window at RH side has 1/1 aluminum window in each face. Fascias and soffits throughout are aluminum-clad. Roof is of light-grey asphalt shingles.
