7 Third Street Small, two-storey, rug-brick industrial building with later access to upper floor (c. 1930). Description Unusual little brick building, built with plain masonry of rug brick with recessed, red pointing, marks to entry to back-lane Collingwood. Lintels are all reinforced concrete (behind wood cladding at garage door), and rebuilding at jambs suggests alteration at ground and upper-level apertures. At ground floor are wide, garage door aperture and half-glazed pedestrian door to right. Upper level has 1/1 windows flanking central, single-pane sash (all with false muntins added behind). Parapet is capped with glazed, interlocking, terra cotta tiles. Stairway and upper vestibule to right, clad in wood siding, are assumed to be later addition, with recent, panelled wooden door.
