391 Third Street - Plan 73, Lot 28 E, Pt. Lot 30, By-law No. 90 - 77 Designed by Architect F. T. Hodgeson and built in 1894 for the Nettleton family, the home is vernacular with Gothic revival and Queen Ann influences. This residence was constructed by local craftsmen and the lentels are a highly decorative combination of red brick and cut stone. The front façade is a plethora of windows, all of different sizes with an inordinate amount of specialty windows of beveled, leaded and stained glass. Interior features include cherry wood and pressed brick fireplace, wooden shutters and lead glass siding doors.
