North Side: The flank of the heritage commercial building at 311 Hurontario, followed by an unsympathetic modern strip plaza. Beyond Ste. Marie Street, the aera becomes primarily residential.

South Side: The former Admiral Collingwood School, a handsome and eclectic neo-classical brick building built in 1926, has been torn down to make way for future development.
