58 St. Paul Street

One-storey, symmetrical, hip-roofed, framed, (composite) clapboard cottage (c. 1920).


Description – Modest house, built close to grade, is finished in manufactured materials throughout. Foundation is concrete, and siding is particleboard. Central door is six-panel, pressed steel replacement, 1/1 windows are also replacements, and plastic shutters have been added recently. Plain, metal-clad fascia set hard against wall-head with no soffits above. Roof is clad in light-green asphalt shingles, and a single, simple, red-brick chimney stack exists at roof peak.
